Notes.

What changed and when. We keep this the way we keep runbooks: dated, short, and honest.

The guides page

The official Australian guidance on machine intelligence and privacy, summarised in plain English and linked at the source. We also started naming names on the automation page: Xero, MYOB, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Stripe.

The new Norai went live

The typewriter mark, the ink and paper look, and a front page that says what we believe: it’s all done. The Charter became the Seven Laws of Norai, rewritten in plain language with the same spine.

The mark, everywhere

New favicon, home-screen and app icons: the lowercase n with the clay dot, traced from type a machine once hammered into paper.

Finish your app

A page for the half-built app in your drawer: the one that nearly works. We finish them, document them, and hand over the keys.

Prices, published

From-prices for every productised offer, on a public page. The same week we did a security hardening pass across the site and the intake form.

norai.com.au, rebuilt

The site went live in its current form, structured around the Seven Laws, with our own photography and no tracking scripts.

Fifteen minutes. No pitch.

Tell us what's eating your team's week. We'll tell you honestly whether a machine should be doing it, and what that would take.

Goes straight to the engineers. No list, no sequence. Or write to hello@norai.com.au
